Want to try this but sold out everywhere?

Hi all. I have arthritis all over, and had back surgery 2 years ago. Without opiates I wouldn’t have lasted the 10 months before the surgery, the pain was unbearable I was literally reduced to crawling. I live in fear of next time with probably no help from pharmacy. I just learned about Kratom and want to try it for pain but it seems to be sold out in capsule form everywhere. Is this normal or are people starting to hoard due to FDA? What do you suggest? Thanks!!

There are many vendors who sell. Have you tried Purkratom, I think they have capsules in stock.

I hadn’t tried it before I wrote, but after I read your post I just did try it. The same thing when you hit any capsules (I tried several) all you get a chance to fill out a back in stock notification. It seems like the capsules are sold out everywhere. That’s about the fifth place I’ve tried in the last two days. Same results everywhere.

Have you tried thekratomconnection.com? That’s where I buy from, I get the powder, but have seen capsules in stock as well.

Drat, I did finally find it there, but I wish I knew about the coupon first! I bought a bottle of red Bali and white Borneo. I’m disappointed so far. I didn’t feel much of anything from either. The white I took 2 of the first day, hoping I’d feel more energized and focused (highly ADD) and didn’t really feel anything. The next day I took 3, and felt sort of removed and foggy. I haven’t felt anything at all from the red. I think I will try the powders next, there seems to be a lot more blends for them. Did I not take enough do you think? Thanks everyone!

What size capsules are they? 00, the big ones, hold about a gram. I believe the smaller ones hold a half gram, so your dosage may be a lil light. I’ve been taking it a good while, my dosage is 6 grams, about 3 times a day, but I toss and wash the powder with sweet tea. You just gotta work with it and see what works for you. The first place I ever bought was Kratom Connection (no, they don’t pay me 😂) I’ve tried two other vendors who were a little cheaper, but was disappointed with the results and went back to Kratom Connection. They’re the only place I buy from now.

The caps are 500. I personally take 4 -6 of the white. I consider the green the best. by far.

But really if you can get past the taste… the powders are the way to go. 1 -2 tsp either made into a tea, or chased by something hot like tea, and I guarantee that you will get a good idea of what Kratom feels like!

Hi LakeGirl, what part of the country do you live in?  I’m in northern California, and kratom is easy to find locally.  I use 500mg Maeng Da capsules for focus, energy and uplift, while my wife is using 750mg Bali Red caps for chronic pain.  From what you say, your dose may be too small to do a lot of good.  My wife takes 4-6 of the 750mg caps at once, 3 or 4 times a day.  I generally take 3 of the smaller caps in the morning, 2 or 3 more during the afternoon, and if I’m working in the evening I might take up to 6 more over the course of several hours.

You can save a lot by buying online although I haven’t made that leap yet.  You can also save a lot by buying powder in bulk.  You could invest in a capsule filler – it’s just a plastic rack, very low-tech and not expensive – and fill your own caps.  It’s somewhat time-consuming but if you really preferred  capsules and were on a budget, it might be worth it.
