What’s your strongest types of kratom you’ve tried so far?
The strongest type i have tried is md but if you take alot it will make you jittery. I also like the bali for at night. Honestly all the reds are good for pain but if i take it late it seems to keep me up at night or i will fall sleep but end up waking up several times a day. Mixing it with oj is the best way to go.
Thank you for this question….I have severe chronic pain and am new to kratom (about a month now) and have tried many strains trying to find what works for me. So far the white maeng da and white horned strains help me the most. I tried red bali the other day and that helped. I cant wait to see what helps you guys…
I have noticed that if I take a red vein during the day now I get very shaky. So I switched it up to mixing some green and white together for my daytime doses and then red at night to sleep. Green Jongkong or Green Asia is great for energy throughout the day and then a good RMD helps me sleep at night.
