Is it ok to take kratom while using other medcines?

Is it ok to take kratom while using Paroxetine and mirtazapine which they are for anxity,stress and panic attack? I tried it once and the whole stress and anxity gone!

hmm, some people who use mirtazapine replaced it with kratom. Tred that?
