Magnesium salt baths for body aches, and valarian root extract for sleep! Oral magnesium for restless leg and cramps! 30 minutes of exercise a day will work up a good sweat, most of the toxins in the body are excreted out through sweat! Also drink lots of water, frequent urination also rids the body of toxins! Taking a hot soak in Epsom salts will also help to get the sweat off your skin and out of the pore’s!
